eXpressApp Framework and Resharper conflicts
When installed, eXpressApp Framework 7.3.5 brings “DXCore for Visual Studio .NET” along with it.
I didn’t ask for it.
Not only that slows down the Visual Studio 2005 IDE, but also messes up the Resharper integration.
Fortunately the DXCore went away without any problems (XAF installation stayed intact).

I’ve been using the CodeRush/DXCore for ages. Still haven’t found any serious problem with performance in IDE.
Apparently you used different from my scenarious :-)

BTW what problems did you have with the Resharper when the DXCore was installed simultaneously with it?
Welcome to my weblog, CTP.
1. Probably, since normally I have big solutions. The last one is 14 projects + 16 3rd party assemblies. Even the Resharper alone likes to throw random exceptions now and then. So if you have R# and DXCore at the same time, that could eat some memory and CPU))
2. DXCore keyboard shortcuts were interfering with the Resharper’s. i.e.: pressing “Esc” while in the Smart/Type completion didn’t close it since the keystroke was captured by the DXCore.
